To ensure your garage door installation goes as smoothly as possible, there are a few key steps and considerations to bear in mind:

Before Installation

• Photo Request: We’ll ask you to email a photo of your garage opening so we can assess access and any potential requirements in advance.

• Discussing Expectations: We’ll talk you through your vision and expectations to ensure the finished result matches what you had in mind.

• Floor Level Must Be Finished: If your garage is still under construction, it’s essential that the floor is complete before installation — we need to know the final floor level to install the door at the correct height.

On the Day

• Timely & Efficient Work: Simple installations can take as little as two hours, while more complex jobs may take most of the day. We aim to minimise disruption at all times.

• Clear Workspace: Please ensure your garage is clear of vehicles and any obstacles — we’ll need enough space to work and to extend the new door fully.

• Frame Replacements: If we’re removing a previous frame, mastic sealant may leave marks. We do our best to leave the area tidy, but some remedial work may be needed after installation.

• You Must Be Present: You’ll need to be on-site during the installation to sign off the completed work. Once fitted, we’ll guide you through a full demonstration of how to operate and care for your new door.
